After more than two decades in Fortune 500 companies transforming and re-engineering high-performing organizations, I felt the call to change paths. I saw how many talented leaders were overwhelmed, burned out, and disconnected from their true selves. Having walked that path myself, I knew I wanted to help others heal, rediscover their hidden gifts, and step into a life of fulfillment and alignment.

My own journey through burnout wasn't solved by spreadsheets and time management. It was when I reconnected with my spiritual self and a higher power that I found true, sustainable energy. This personal transformation is the foundation of the work I do today 

Today, I bring together the best of both worlds: my corporate expertise in building sustainable systems of success and my deep training as a multi-certified holistic practitioner, Energy Transformation Coach, and Spiritual Mentor.  

Through our work together, I use a dynamic blend of proven techniques and holistic strategies to clear energy blocks, restore vitality, and realign mind, body, and spirit. My approach creates a safe and nurturing environment where high-achieving professionals can release stress, reclaim balance, and build habits that fuel both personal growth and professional success.
