The benefit of a coach (preferably someone trained and that has been in your shoes before)is that this person will help you focus, avoid unnecessary challenges, and reduce the time it will take you to reach your goals.
A coach is like that best friend that you turn to when you are lost. The friend you share your most hidden fears with without being judged.
The difference is that a coach will give you proven tools to manage those fears and guide you to overcome their impact in s sustainable way.

Consistently poor diets, unhealthy habits, and toxic environments produce imbalances or blockages in our body's energy. Left unattended, these imbalances can lead to physical illnesses.
Energy work, also called energy healing, is the practice of removing energy blockages and further stimulating the energy flow in our bodies, allowing our bodies to activate their natural capacity to self-heal.
